Intel to release an updated GPU driver that improves DirectX11 game performance by 30%.
In a brief press statement, Intel announced that a new GPU driver would likely be released soon—possibly. The next driver release, 101.5186_101.5234, is expected to prioritize DirectX11 game performance enhancements, as well as The Last of Us Part 1 when using Arc graphics cards with 8 GB of RAM.
According to the business, gains may be seen in many DirectX11 games, with average and 99th percentile FPS increasing by a significant 30%. Although the official list of titles has not yet been released, Intel suggests reviewers participate in GPU testing this week.
Update: Intel has released the driver, and the following are official improvements:

AMD's announcement of Radeon RX 7600 XT 16GB may be Intel's attempt to influence benchmark results. Test results differ depending on game selection, with many reviewers focusing on recent DX12/Vulkan titles.
Intel's upcoming GPU driver version promises significant performance boosts across multiple games. After the debut of Arc A7 GPUs in late 2022, the year 2023 focused on software updates and optimizations for DX11 and DX9 games. Intel claims their design is optimized for current graphics APIs like DX12 and Vulkan.
